Learning through everyday moments
Our toddler-preschool approach makes room for creativity, movement, music, problem-solving, and age-appropriate independence—within a steady, nurturing routine.
A gentle start for the littlest learners
Babies receive loving, responsive attention in a calm home environment. Karen is trained in the Brazelton Touchpoints approach, with specialized preparation for understanding infant development and building strong partnerships with families.
Every day includes circle time, music, singing, stories, and opportunities to practice kindness and manners.
Children learn through art, blocks, puzzles, imaginative play, teacher-led activities, and independent discovery.
Bikes, outdoor play, movement, and seasonal water activities help children build confidence and coordination.
More doing. Less watching.
Childhood is for making, moving, talking, singing, and playing together. Technology is not part of our daily routine, aside from limited educational movie time.

Meet Karen Keating

A partnership with parents
Every child is different. We value honest, respectful communication with families so we can support each child consistently—especially when a child is working through a developmental concern or needs extra encouragement in a particular area.
From everyday wins to changing needs, we want parents to feel informed, heard, and part of their child’s growth.
Proudly participating through First 5 Siskiyou in a voluntary, continuous quality improvement program for early learning and care.
